Even though he has not been to Nigeria for over a year, Turkey-based Nigerian singer, Banjohifi has applauded President Bola Ahmed Tinubu for what he has done especially his policies which according to the artiste will be favorable to Nigeria and Nigerians in general.

Speaking with 3pleAce, the African Vibes crooner said; ” I was afraid when President Bola Ahmed Tinubu declared his intention to contest for the presidency, my thought and majority belief is that he would tour the part of his predecessor which was not in any way favorable to Nigerians, but alas, the reverse was the case with the removal of subsidy, sacking of the service chiefs and other policies, it’s quite obvious that Nigerians will smile at last.” He said.

“Tinubu has proved to be a political strategist who knows his onions.”
However, Banjohifi’s new work, African Vibes, 13 tracks is making waves in all major joints both in Nigeria and the UK especially his base in Turkey.
Banjohifi has also assured us that he’s coming for the launch anytime soon and will also sign new artists to his label, Hifi Record.

Tinubu withdraws Shetty's ministerial nomination

He also nominated former spokesperson for the Bola Tinubu presidential campaign council, Festus Keyamo. President Bola Tinubu had on Wednesday sent an additional list of 19 nominees The PUNCH reported on Thursday that the ministerial nomination of Maryam Shetty from Kano State by President Bola Tinubu on Wednesday had continued to generate mixed reactions from Nigerians on social media, particularly, Twitter.
